STOA verdict

CoConstruct is built specifically for custom home builders and remodelers who need to manage projects, budgets, and client communication in one place. The depth of construction-specific features — like selections tracking and job costing — is hard to beat for this niche. The downside is that pricing can get expensive as you grow, and the learning curve is steeper than general project management tools.
