The biggest upside is its deep project accounting and resource management tools, but the steep price tag and complex setup make it a poor fit for most small businesses who would pay for features they'll never use. If you have under 50 employees, you'll almost certainly find better value with a lighter tool like Harvest, Teamwork, or FreshBooks.
